All orders ship from our facility in Massachusetts:

Orders will only be shipped complete - orders that include both backorder and in-stock items will be not ship until all items are available.

Our carrier options change based on pricing and availability but we do our best to provide the lowest possible shipping rates for our customers

PO Boxes

In most cases we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. If you are unable to add shipping to your required address please send us an email amos@soupd.co.

Shipping Times

Shipping times for all methods are valid from the date the order is fulfilled.
Orders placed M-F by 1:00pm Eastern US Time for in-stock products typically ship the same day.
Orders placed during holidays will ship the next business day.

Product Restrictions

Please note that some products may only be shipped using certain methods or to certain destinations.
Any products with shipping restrictions will have the restrictions noted on the product page.
